Hosted by Kenyak founder and maker Chris and Sullivans Cove Distillery Head of Hospitality, Ash Pryor, the evening will explore the meeting point between Tasmanian single malt whisky and handcrafted chocolate.
Across the evening, Chris and Ash will explore how flavour, texture and aroma move between each whisky and its accompanying chocolate.
Following welcome drinks and grazing, guests will take their seats in the Tasting Lounge for four guided whisky and chocolate pairings. Each chocolate has been created using a distinct Sullivans Cove whisky or brandy, and every guest will receive an exclusive three-piece Kenyak x Sullivans Cove chocolate pack to take home, available only to those attending the event.
The evening will be relaxed and interactive, with guests encouraged to share their own impressions as each pairing unfolds.
