Our distillery is located in Cambridge, just north of Hobart, Tasmania. If you drive from Hobart to the airport, you’ll find us signposted to the left of the highway at:

At our Visitor Experience, we have a range of whiskies available for purchase which aren't available or have sold out elsewhere. Talk to our knowledgeable staff, who will be able to connect you with your perfect bottle to take home.

Our newly-renovated visitor experience

After almost a year of renovations, our Visitor Experience in Cambridge, Tasmania has reopened, offering a premium location to enjoy some of our rarest whiskies that can't be found elsewhere. Relax in the bar for guided tastings with our expert staff, or join one of our guides for a tour to find out how our whisky is made.
