Domestic orders
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Express. Rates are calculated at checkout on the basis of your order’s weight and your delivery address postcode, plus a $5 handling fee. Delivery is typically 2-5 business days, depending on your delivery area. An adult must sign for all deliveries of alcohol under Australian law.
You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is shipped. Track your package HERE.
International Orders
We currently accept international orders to the following limited list of countries. We’re working on adding more countries to the list shortly:

International orders will not be charged Australian sales taxes. However, international customers accept sole responsibility for understanding local regulations governing the importation, sale and transport of spirits. The recipient is also liable for any taxes, duties, etc. in their region. Contact the local customs department in the shipping destination if you require more information. Sullivans Cove distillery accepts no liability for international orders delayed or halted because of local rules around the importation and taxation of alcohol outside of Australia.
Please note
While we always endeavour to get all your items into one shipment, orders of multiple items may occasionally be split into multiple shipments. If this is the case with your order, you will receive a unique tracking number for each package.
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly. Sullivans Cove accepts no liability for orders placed with incorrect delivery information.
Sullivans Cove does not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
ORDERS & RETURNS
Sullivans Cove accepts no responsibility to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please double check your items, cart and details before placing your order.
Faulty products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund or replacement. We reserve the right to require evidence or explanation of the fault before agreeing to refund or replacement. Refunds or replacement orders will not be issued until the faulty product is returned.
