Like its younger sibling TDB0008 that won World’s Best Brandy earlier this year, TDB0005 was distilled from Tasmanian Huon Valley Chardonnay and matured in a first-fill French oak ex-Tawny cask. A maturation of 13 years and 7 months has allowed the essence of the Chardonnay and the influence of the oak to reach a perfect balance - creating an exceptional brandy.
