Turning the whisky world on its head
In 2014, we became the first distillery outside Scotland and Japan to win the World’s Best Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards. Our underdog victory shocked the world so much that the judges came all the way to Tasmania to see our distillery for themselves.
We’ve gone on to become Australia’s most-decorated whisky – and the only distillery ever to win the World’s Best Single Cask Single Malt twice (2018 and 2019). We remain the only Australian whisky to win World's Best Single Malt.
