Witches' Brew returns for another winter.

Available exclusively through the Sullivans Cove Distillery Visitor Experience, this annual release is inspired by earth, water, air and fire - the elemental forces that have shaped whisky making for centuries.


Built around a French Oak ex-Chardonnay cask from Tasmania's Coal River Valley and supported by a broad selection of casks drawn from across the bond store, Witches' Brew 2026 invites visitors to slow down, settle in and experience the distillery during one of Tasmania's most atmospheric seasons.


Created for the colder months and released in a limited run of just 224 bottles.

Tasting notes

Nose

Blackberry, cherry and strawberry jam with chocolate hazelnut spread, toasted coconut, maple syrup and warm fruit bun.

Palate

Red grapes, maple syrup and apple tea cake, balanced by cinnamon, white pepper and sweet pickle brine.

Finish

Long and warming, with jammed red fruits, roasted pear, baked apple, orange citrus and gentle brine.
