This Spring marks the first Sullivans Cove Seasonal Capture: four whiskies brought together by a shared story of French oak, wine-country provenance and maturation in the Australian climate.
Before the collection is released in full, we're inviting our members to taste all four expressions with us. Join us at Casa de Vinos for a first taste of all four expressions from our inaugural Seasonal Capture.
Across the evening, we'll explore French oak through different histories and different stages of maturation - from our first 20 year old French oak release, through ex-Chardonnay and ex-Pinot Noir casks, to whisky matured in casks that once held Sullivans Cove brandy.
Together, they offer four perspectives on an oak type and pre-fill that has shaped some of our most loved whiskies.
