Hosted at our Cambridge distillery and emceed by Nick Haddow, founder of Bruny Island Cheese, this gathering brings together two Tasmanian pioneers in a shared expression of craft and flavour.
Through conversation and reflection, guests will gain a rare insight into the philosophy and process behind Sullivans Cove, with the opportunity to hear directly from Heather Tillott as she shares her approach and perspective while reflecting on the past 10 years.
Drawn from Sullivans Cove’s archives, five whiskies selected by Heather are paired with cheeses thoughtfully matched by Nick Haddow - a meeting of disciplines shaped by Tasmania, time, and care. Guests will enjoy:
