“Balanced and composed, with strong fruit character supported by spice and savoury undertones. Sweetness and structure are well aligned, and the oak frames rather than leads. A confident, expressive whisky that holds interest from start to finish.”

American Oak Ex-Tawny Refill

Boasting a depth and refinement that can only come with age, our Old & Rare American Oak single casks are matured for a minimum of sixteen years. Aside from the notes of vanilla, caramel, coconut, fruit, and subtle white floral and herbal nuances, these whiskies are hugely textural with incredible complexity and length of palate.
