DISTILLERY TOURS & TASTINGS

We’re open for cellar door bottle sales 10am-4pm, 7 days a week.

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, bookings for tours and tastings are essential, and we have implemented various safety and social distancing protocols.

We are running tastings throughout the day from 10am until 3.30pm. Our tastings take place either in our cellar door or up on our mezzanine area overlooking the distillery. These are guided at your leisure by one of our knowledgeable cellar door staff members who will talk you through the various whiskies on offer and answer any questions you may have. We currently offer three different tasting flight options which include 3 x 10ml samples (approx. 1.2 std drinks):

–  A $30 whisky flight with three of our core range/cask variations whiskies included.

–  A $65 whisky flight with some of our special release/old and rare whiskies included.

–  A $20 brandy flight.

You can select which tasting flights you would like to have and pay on arrival at the distillery. Please see our tastings booking page above to make a booking.

Tours are operating once a day and are an in-depth overview of our process that takes place over an hour and a half. You can opt to include a tasting as part of the tour experience which consists of several productions samples, as well as whisky and brandy. The tasting component is approximately 1.5-2 std drinks, so we recommend you take this into account when booking your tour if you or a member of your party is driving to/from the distillery. We will also be spending some of the duration of the tour outside looking at some of our production spaces, so closed-toed shoes are essential and suitable outdoor clothing is recommended.

To book a tour, please see our tour bookings page above.

Please note that we are currently releasing tour and tasting slots one month in advance. The tour and tasting slots will become available at the start of each month for the following month.

Please note: Sullivans Cove is a working commercial distillery. At this stage, we do not currently offer tours in languages other than English, and people of limited mobility will experience a slightly altered tour, so we recommend calling in advance to reserve a place and ensure we can accommodate you. Standard liquor licensing rules apply.

The distillery can be reached via the following: +03 6248 5399 or [email protected]
