DISTILLERY TOURS & TASTINGS
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, bookings are essential, and we have implemented various safety and social distancing protocols.
At Sullivans Cove Distillery, we love sharing our passion for craft whisky with visitors. Come and see us for in-depth tours of our whisky making facilities and process lead by one of our experienced cellar door team members. Scroll down to make a booking using our online form.
Distillery tours are run up on our mezzanine area overlooking our distillery at 11am and 3pm from Wednesday to Sunday. Bookings are essential, so please fill out the form below to see the available times and let us know when you’d like to come. Please note that we are currently releasing tour slots one month in advance. The tour slots will become available at the start of each month for the month following.
Tastings are also available on Wednesday to Sunday from 12:30pm – 2:30pm by appointment which you can book by giving us a call on +61 (03) 6248 5399 or sending an email through to [email protected].
We are currently not hosting tours on Mondays and Tuesdays but may be able to accommodate for tastings by appointment, which you can also book by giving us a call on +61 (03) 6248 5399 or sending an email through to [email protected].
We’re open for cellar door bottle sales 10am-4pm, 7 days a week.
Sullivans Cove Distillery is located at 1/10 Lamb Place, Cambridge, Tasmania. It’s an easy 20-minute drive from central Hobart, or a 10 minute drive from Hobart Airport on your way into town.
Tour & Tasting: $50pp (please allow up to 1 hour – and we advise you show up 10-15minutes before for check in)
Tour only: $30pp
Please note: Sullivans Cove is a working commercial distillery. At this stage, we do not currently offer tours in languages other than English, and people of limited mobility will experience a slightly altered tour, so we recommend calling in advance to reserve a place and ensure we can accommodate you. Families and people of all ages are welcome. Standard liquor licensing rules apply.
