Three ways to secure your whisky

We release our whisky only when each cask has reached its peak potential; genuinely rare whisky that can’t be rushed, and can never be replicated.

There are three primary ways of accessing our releases: the Waitlist, the Ballot and in person at our cellar door. We recommend entering both the Waitlist and the Ballot to increase your chances of securing a bottle.

  • Waitlist

    The Waitlist is an invitation-only queue providing our mailing list subscribers exclusive access to our signature French Oak, American Oak, and Double Cask expressions that are aged up to 16 years.

  • Ballot

    Reserved for our Old & Rare expressions and special releases, ballot entries are drawn at random to allocate these highly sought-after releases.

  • Visit

    Selected expressions from our range are available to those who visit our cellar door in Hobart, Tasmania.
